Preparation time – 5 minutes

Easily doubled or quadrupled. Let the kids have a go at assembling this divine desert.


  1 chocolate digestive biscuit, crushed 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced 2 tbsps shop-bought Salted Caramel Chocolate Sauce 2 tbsps shop-bought Butterscotch Sauce 2 scoops ice-cream (any of vanilla, chocolate or banana) 50 ml double cream, lightly whipped 4-5 pecan nuts, lightly toasted


  1. Put the crushed chocolate biscuits into the bottom of a tall sundae glass.
  2. Place a scoop of ice cream on top, then the butterscotch sauce, followed by half of the banana pieces.
  3. Add a scoop of ice cream, the salted caramel chocolate sauce and the remaining banana. Top with some whipped cream and finish with the toasted pecans sprinkled on top.
