Chinese Chicken Wraps
A great way to use up left-over chicken from the Sunday roast.
Preparation time – 5 minutes
4 large tortilla bread wraps 4 tbsps plum sauce, plus extra to serve 300 g/ 10 oz cooked chicken breasts, sliced ½ cucumber, cut into batons 3 spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced lengthways 1 large romaine lettuce heart, shredded
- Spread the tortilla bread wraps with the plum sauce, then top each wrap with the chicken, cucumber and spring onions.
- Finish with the romaine lettuce and roll up tightly.
- Cut in half diagonally and serve with a little extra plum sauce, if liked.
