Serves 4
A great way to use up left-over chicken from the Sunday roast.

Preparation time – 5 minutes


4 large tortilla bread wraps 4 tbsps plum sauce, plus extra to serve 300 g/ 10 oz cooked chicken breasts, sliced ½ cucumber, cut into batons 3 spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced lengthways 1 large romaine lettuce heart, shredded


  1. Spread the tortilla bread wraps with the plum sauce, then top each wrap with the chicken, cucumber and spring onions.
  2. Finish with the romaine lettuce and roll up tightly.
  3. Cut in half diagonally and serve with a little extra plum sauce, if liked.
