Whole Baked Brie with Honey and Pecans
To serve – 4
Preparation time – 5 minutes
Cooking time – 15 minutes
There are some great brie baking dishes on the market which ensure perfection every time. Try serving with cooked baby new potatoes or baby griddled carrots for dipping.
1 small whole brie, about 300 g Olive Oil 2 sprigs thyme, leaves stripped Handful of pecans, halved and toasted 2 tbsp runny honey Crusty bread to serve
- Heat the oven to 200’C/180’C Fan/ 400’F/ Gas Mark 6.
- Put the brie in an ovenproof dish, make a few cuts in the top, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the thyme over. Cover with foil and bake for 5-10 minutes until gooey.
- Sprinkle with pecans, drizzle with honey and serve with warm crusty bread.
